Doodhmati River

As per the folklore, source of the river was traced and then its course was developed and extended to meet the water requirements of Sita's marriage ceremony. Since its water is milky white, it was named Doodhmati These days Devotes from Shiva of Nepal worship Lord Shiva using water from this river.
